Evarei Investment Management Ltd ("Manager") is a newly formed posttoken company
closing of the issuance that will exclusively manage the Fund.

Managers will satisfy every real estate investment with a fee-based income model, with
the cost charged to the Manager is given a high weight based on performance incentives
(with interest calculated on a per share basis).

Up to US $ 90 million Assets under Management are planned by Managers inside
first year of operation - increased through ITO EVM offerings and potentially additional ITO
(EVT) and the source of traditional investors.

Managers are meant to be established and based in the Cayman Islands and will become
the sole manager and fiduciary of all IMF operations.
